We are seeking an experienced Technical Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our technical sales process, you will be responsible for designing and implementing customized solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in networking, server, and storage solutions. You will collaborate closely with our sales team to understand customer requirements and design technical solutions that meet their needs. Your expertise in solution architecture and system integration will be essential in driving successful sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the sales team and customers to gather requirements and understand technical challenges.
• Design and architect customized solutions that integrate hardware, software, networking, and cloud components to meet customer needs.
• Develop detailed technical proposals, including diagrams, specifications, and implementation plans.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of proposed solutions.
• Articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Address technical inquiries and concerns during customer meetings and presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in implementation, solution designing, or presales roles, preferably in enterprise application, server, storage infrastructure, and networking.
• Strong understanding of virtualization, hyper-convergence infrastructure, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Hands-on experience with server platforms (e.g., Dell EMC, HP, Cisco UCS) and storage technologies (e.g., SAN, NAS).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
