The Technical Standards Assurance and Risk Manager will join the leadership team of Hampshire County Council’s Property Services which is one of the largest in-house property functions in local government.

You will lead a team of specialist functions to effectively deliver quality, assurance, and compliance activities, and processes, meeting our statutory obligations relating to the built estate. These areas include Technical Standards and Quality Assurance, Accessibility, Fire Safety, Construction Inspection, Construction Health and Safety (CDM), and Compliance Monitoring activities.

The Council's Property Service is a multi-disciplinary design, facilities and estate management team who hold considerable expertise in the stewardship of the public estate, delivering work that supports more than 1000 sites and the 1.4 million residents across Hampshire.
