We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring their systems run smoothly and efficiently. You will troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and networking, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Duties

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows and MacOS operating systems.
Assist users with VPN connectivity and firewall configurations.
Utilize PSA tools for ticket management and documentation of support requests.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical challenges and provide clear solutions.
Collaborate with IT teams to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in the help desk system.
Conduct training sessions for users on new software applications or updates.
Skills

Proficiency in Windows and MacOS operating systems.
Strong understanding of computer networking principles.
Experience with firewall configurations and VPN setups.
Familiarity with help desk software, preferably Autotask or NinjaOne.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Pay: $60,036.00-$75,000.00 per year
