Technical Support Engineer (AEM

As a Technical Support Engineer at an American multinational computer software company, your primary responsibility will be handling technical issues and ensuring customers are set up for success. You will be the first point of contact for customer concerns related to technical issues, advocating and representing their needs with internal product and engineering teams. Your role will involve providing timely responses, updates, and resolutions to technical and product inquiries, while also understanding the customer's business priorities and impact.

In this role, you will be expected to have 2+ years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and expertise in supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications. Proficiency in Java is essential as technical screening will be based on Java codes. Additionally, knowledge of HTML5, XHTML, HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript is required for end-user support to developers.

You will work with a team to ensure customer cases are fully detailed and customer interactions are documented for regular Customer Account reviews. The goal of the team is to build memorable customer experiences for strategic customers, ensuring they are successful in using the company's products.

Technical skills in Adobe Experience Manager, Java, JavaScript, JEE application servers, databases, HTML5, XHTML, HTML, CSS, and XML will be crucial for supporting customer deployments and instances. You should also have experience in performance tuning, debugging application issues, and knowledge of 3rd party application APIs.
