Job Description:
The Technical Support Executive will play a vital role in providing technical assistance to our existing clients and demonstrating our software solutions to potential customers. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide prompt and effective technical support to existing clients via phone, email, or remote assistance.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues, ensuring client satisfaction.
3. Document and maintain records of client interactions, issues, and solutions.
4. Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
5. Conduct training sessions for clients to help them maximize the use of our software solutions.
6. Create user guides and tutorials to facilitate self-help resources for clients.
7. Stay up to date with product updates and features to ensure clients are informed and trained accordingly.
8. Prepare and deliver software demonstrations to potential customers.

10. Address technical questions and concerns during demonstrations.
11. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their unique needs.
12. Gather feedback and insights from clients to assist in product improvement.
13. Assist in client retention efforts and contract renewals.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in technical support and customer service roles.
3. Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
6. Proficiency in using remote support tools.
7. Knowledge of our software solutions and their functionalities.
