Technical Support Executive

As a Technical Customer Support Engineer at BoloForms, you will be an integral part of our commitment to provide outstanding customer experiences. This role demands a blend of technical prowess and exceptional communication skills to ensure our customers receive prompt, professional support across a variety of platforms including Intercom, Retool, Discord, and Google Meet. You will be given adequate guidance and support along all of these tools and processes to make this easy for you. Your expertise will not only resolve customer issues effectively but also contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and the success of our cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Provide immediate and professional responses to customer inquiries across multiple channels, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective resolution.
Act as a pivotal liaison between customers and our developer team, facilitating a seamless feedback loop to enhance product and service quality.
Collaborate with diverse teams (mostly technical) across the organisation to tackle complex issues, aiming for long-term improvements in our support framework.
Offer dedicated support to our US and European clientele, accommodating their needs from 11 PM to 7 AM.

Qualifications:

Proven ability to communicate effectively and solve problems efficiently, with a customer-first mindset.
Flexibility to adapt to night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM), showcasing a high level of dedication and resilience.
A technical background is highly desirable, facilitating a deep understanding of customer issues and the ability to propose informed solutions.
