Job description
This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Support Representative. The Technical Support Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and utilizing analytical skills to resolve technical issues.

• Troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience in a technical support or related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (optional).
• Relevant additional skills that would be beneficial for this role include knowledge of programming languages and familiarity with remote desktop software and tools.
