This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Support Representative. • Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience in a technical support or related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (optional).
• Relevant additional skills that would be beneficial for this role include knowledge of programming languages and familiarity with remote desktop software and tools.
