We’re looking for an ERP Implementation and Technical Support Executive, with 1 - 3 years of experience, to join our highly efficient Enterprise Software Support team.
Responsibilities
• Conducting ERP Implementation
• Providing Training to end-Users
• Providing Online/Onsite Support
• Testing new updates
• Preparing onboarding and implementation plan of action
• Increasing customer success rate

Desired Candidate Profile
• Having 1 - 3 years experience in Software/ERP Support
• Working experience in Logistics/ CRM / Accounts/ Freight Forwarding / Custom Broking / Warehouse domain
• Having good verbal & written communication skills
• Having prior experience working with Logi-Sys ERP, Logi-Sys Pro, Live Impex software will be an added advantage
