Technical Support: Technical Support for Customers across the US and Europe with minimum of 6 years of experience.
Responsibilities
1. Manage a Team of Technical Support Executives.
2. Assisting clients with overall technical queries regarding any variant of BitRaser software.
3. Create and Execute SLA for responses.
4. Benchmark and Achieve Customer Satisfaction.
5. Conduct Training regularly to keep the team up-to-date with newer technology and issues.
6. Responsible for handling the Technical Support queries of the existing customers.
7. Assisting prospects in the evaluation of the software as and when required.
8. Managing and handling closed accounts for efficient customer retention.
+. Discuss issues and customer cases with R&D and testing teams as and when required.
10. Log issues in Zoho cases. Maintain features and issue reports.
Qualification:
BCA/B. Tech/BSc in Computer.
Requirements:
• Technically sound with Knowledge of hardware.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Experience in technical support of security tools, CRM, ERP software, and networking.
• Flexible to work at 3 PM to 12 AM shift.
• One-time meal and transportation
We need Technically qualified sales personnel with a strong understanding of computer hardware.
