Qualifications
Must possess a High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of professional experience relevant to DoD Technical Document preparation and editing
2+ years’ experience developing and editing military technical data products
Must possess knowledge of S1000D formatting
Must possess an active or current U.S. Government Secret security clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
Move about freely in an office / laboratory setting
Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for developing and editing material for reports, briefs, and other related technical publications for a NAWCAD team located on Patuxent River Naval Air Station

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Technical Writer to join our team in Lexington Park, MD.

Job Summary

This position will be responsible for developing and editing material for reports, briefs, and other related technical publications for a NAWCAD team located on Patuxent River Naval Air Station.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
• Organize material and complete writing assignments to established standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology
