You have in substantive knowledge of how to write documentation to support software. You experiment with a wide range of technologies while applying new and emerging options that can enhance organizational outcomes. You are easy to work and help others learn. You take the initiative in unpredictable situations. You create a positive and motivating environment for teammates.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
• Possess a Bachelors' degree in Engineering Computer Science or equivalent with 2+ years of experience.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency and experience writing technical documentation
• Interest in hands-on installation, configuration, and use of the software to further develop product understanding
• Exceptional English writing and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate good communication skills
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
• Experience with modular documentation (for example, DITA XML) and component content management systems
• Microsoft Office with mastery of Word
• Desire to seek continuous improvements and innovation
• Experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Demonstrated internships in technical writing/information development
