Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to gain a deep understanding of our products and documentation needs.
• Craft top-tier documentation that adheres to industry standards and resonates with our target audience.
• Contribute to our content and email marketing strategy by producing technical articles aligned with our editorial and newsletter schedules.
• Support our content marketing efforts by providing guest posts and content submissions for our backlink strategies.
• Assist in developing Whitepapers and Case Studies in coordination with our product and tech teams.
• Assist graphic designers with the captivating social media copy

• Proven track record in technical writing, specifically in software documentation.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering documentation of the highest quality.
• An exceptional ability to quickly grasp intricate technical concepts and convey them clearly through text and visuals.
• Outstanding written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in various writing tools to streamline your work.
• Basic familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software development processes.
