Looking for a talented Product Documentation Executive for our growing team with good command of written English & possess excellent research skills, a good understanding of SEO, a creative thinker, and transforming technical information into compelling stories.

Responsibilities:
• Writing content related to software products.
• Create and refine technical information and other various materials for explaining products and services.
• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
• Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides.
• Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
• Create and maintain the information architecture.
• Experience working directly with designers, product managers, and researchers.

Requirements:
• English Proficiency
• Excellent Researching and Conceptualization Skills
• Eye for Grammar, Clarity, Accuracy, and Creative writing
• Must have excellent command over proofreading and web content writing
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as in cross-functional teams
• Can manage editorial schedules and work within deadlines
• Creation/editing of image content relevant to the content/topic being handled.
• Proven working 1 - 4 years experience in technical writing of software documentation
• Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
