Job description
As a Technical Writing Expert - APIs and Software Engineering at Majorplayers, you will play a crucial role in creating user-friendly documentation for our Enterprise API Platform and Developer Portals. We require someone with commercial experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the software industry, to write, edit, and maintain comprehensive guides, tutorials, and in-platform instructions.
You will be responsible for producing customer and internal resources like demonstrations, videos, training materials, and FAQs, while maintaining information architecture templates for easy data migration. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple way are essential.
