Location : This position will be based in Vikhroli, Mumbai

Role and Responsibilities :
• Handle every aspect of laboratory work, from test execution, recording data, monitoring of the process parameters to daily raw data processing.
• Responsible for day-to-day activities to enable the laboratory to function effectively whilst adhering to given checklist, protocol, procedures.
• Execute test procedures to test and qualify test articles and should be responsible for trouble-shooting and maintenance of different analytical equipment.
• Support engineer in developing the methods of analysis for different analytical tools.
• Performing Calibration, running reference standards, doing routine calibration check.
• Collecting, receiving, labeling and storing the samples followed by sample installing / uninstalling on test rigs or test equipment’s as per laid out procedures.
• Maintaining lab equipment, AMC and service record including recalibration of equipment.
• Should log the daily work activity in work logs register and publish daily / weekly report.
• Reports all testing status and activities to his immediate supervisor.

Skills and Experience :
• Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of work experience in chemical laboratory in handling of catalyst or chemicals.
• Working experience in gas chromatography analytical tool handling would be preferred.
• Should be comfortable in handling gas mix blends and other chemicals (flammable, toxic & hazardous) by strictly following instructions & safety procedures.
