Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of production machinery
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and overtime if needed
U.S. Export Controls Requirements: This job requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by the export laws of the United States
Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8 USC 1324b (a) (3)

Operate various types of machinery used in the production process
Set up machines according to specifications and ensure they are running efficiently
Monitor machine operations to detect any malfunctions or irregularities
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Record production data and complete necessary documentation
