About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Jaipur. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and hiring top IT talent for various roles, including software developers, system analysts, and network engineers.
Key responsibilities will include managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, utilizing job portals, professional networks, and social media platforms to identify potential candidates. Collaboration with hiring managers will be key in understanding technical requirements and creating effective job descriptions.
You will also conduct initial candidate assessments, including technical screenings, interviews, and reference checks. Maintaining a robust pipeline of potential candidates to meet ongoing recruitment needs and staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitive hiring practices are essential for success in this role.
