Job Description

Position: Telecaller Industry: Conferences, Exhibitions, Events, MICE, PCO Location: Gurgaon Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 1–3 years Salary Bracket: As per industry norms Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and confident Tele caller to support our conferences and events team by reaching out to potential delegates, exhibitors, speakers, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will play a key role in event promotion, lead generation, database follow-up, and customer engagement for national and international events. Key Responsibilities : Event & Delegate Calling: Make calls to potential delegates, exhibitors, sponsors, and partners to invite them for conferences and events. Share event information, agenda details, and participation advantages clearly and professionally. Follow up with prospects to confirm registrations and gather required information. Lead Generation & Follow-up: Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, online inquiries, email campaigns, and previous event databases. Maintain strong follow-ups until closure and ensure high conversion rates. Database Management: Update calling status, responses, and leads in the CRM or event management systems. Ensure accurate and up-to-date data for all outreach activities. Customer Engagement: Address questions related to events, registration process, pricing, or schedules. Build positive relationships with participants, speakers, and corporate clients. Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth delegate onboarding. Share daily/weekly call reports, response analysis, and feedback with the team. Requirements: Graduation in any field. 1–3 years of experience in tele calling, preferably in events, exhibitions, conferences, or hospitality. Excellent communication skills. (English & Hindi) Ability to confidently speak with senior professionals, corporate delegates, and decision-makers. Strong persuasion, objection handling, and interaction skills. Good computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools). Positive attitude, target-oriented, and ability to work under deadlines.
