Tele Caller

Job Description:

The Sales Tele Caller is responsible for handling sales leads through outbound calls to potential customers.

This position requires the ability to build relationships with prospects, identify their needs, and offer solutions that meet their needs.

Experience :

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales tele calling

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our graphic design services and daily following up on leads

- Gather customer information, record details into CRM system, and update customer records as needed

- Regularly learning sales objection handling trainings

- Meeting sales quotas and goals set by management

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven sales calling experience Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
