A Telecaller is a person who makes phone calls to customers, clients, or potential customers or clients on behalf of a company or organization. The purpose of the calls can be to gather information, promote a product or service, or make a sale. Telecallers may work in an office or call center setting.
Job Description
Answer customer calls and provides timely and accurate information about our products and services
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Take orders and process payments over the phone
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
