Job Description: Telecaller Executive Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to prospective customers based on provided lead lists. - Introduce company products or services to potential clients, emphasizing key features and benefits. - Engage in conversations to understand customer needs and determine how our offerings align with their requirements. - Provide accurate and detailed information about products, pricing, and promotional offers. - Handle objections, answer queries, and address concerns effectively, aiming to convert prospects into leads. - Maintain a courteous and professional tone during interactions, projecting a positive company image. - Document call outcomes and customer information accurately in the CRM system. - Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up. - Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates. - Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed responses to customer inquiries. - Participate in training sessions to enhance communication and sales skills. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus. - Proven experience in a telemarketing or telecalling role is preferred. - Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone manner. - Active listening skills to understand customer needs and respond effectively. - Persuasive and confident communication style to handle objections and encourage interest. - Strong time management and organizational abilities to meet call volume and lead generation targets. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals. - Positive attitude, self-motivation, and resilience in the face of rejection. - Flexibility to adapt to changing scripts, strategies, and market conditions. - Prior experience in the industry or familiarity with the product category is a plus.
