Role Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive/Telecaller to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about our educational programs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries.
2. Assist customers with queries about our programs and services.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
6. Collaborate with sales and marketing for feedback and service improvement.
7. Stay updated on space and astronomy education developments.
8. Achieve individual and team targets for customer satisfaction and call handling.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience in customer support or telecalling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
Proficiency in customer support software and CRM systems.
Passion for space and astronomy education is a plus.
Skills:
- Fluent in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
