Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about overseas education opportunities.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, and other channels.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
Identify potential students who are interested in studying abroad and qualify leads based on their academic background, career goals, and financial capacity.
Convert inquiries into appointments for counseling sessions or direct them to appropriate resources.
Counseling and Information Dissemination:
Provide accurate information about different universities, courses, admission processes, and visa requirements.
Address queries and concerns of students and parents regarding studying abroad.
Data Management:
Maintain and update the database of prospective students and ensure all communications are accurately recorded.
Track and report on the status of leads and conversion rates.
Coordination with Counselors:
Schedule and coordinate appointments for students with academic counselors and advisors.
Ensure smooth handover of leads to counselors for further processing.
Follow-up:
Regularly follow up with potential students to keep them engaged and informed about new opportunities, deadlines, and updates.
Provide support throughout the application process to ensure a positive experience.
Feedback Collection:
Gather feedback from students and parents about their experiences and use this information to improve services.
Identify trends and common issues faced by students to suggest improvements in the tele-calling process.
Sales and Marketing Support:
Assist in the implementation of sales and marketing strategies to attract more students.
Participate in events, webinars, and other promotional activities as required.
Compliance and Confidentiality:
Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
Maintain the confidentiality of student information.
Key Skills and Competencies
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with students and parents, and handle queries with patience and professionalism.
Sales Skills: Persuasive and goal-oriented with a knack for converting leads into successful enrollments.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain detailed records.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of overseas education systems, university requirements, and visa procedures.
Customer Service: A customer-centric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service and support.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Minimum high school diploma; a degree in a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer service, preferably in the education sector.
Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
