Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, clients, or prospects to sell our products or services, answer questions, and resolve concerns. If you have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers, clients, or prospects
- Pitch our products or services and answer questions
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- Meet sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sales and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in sales or customer service an asset
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday (10.00 AM to 6.30 PM)
