Generating Leads: They are responsible for generating leads through cold calling, referrals, and other sales techniques. This involves maintaining a database of potential clients and updating it regularly.
Booking Events: Once a client expresses interest, the tele caller assists in scheduling site visits, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and ultimately closing the sale.
Follow-up: They follow up with potential clients who have shown interest but have not yet booked, aiming to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients is crucial. Tele callers ensure clients receive excellent service from initial contact through to post-event follow-up.
