Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing information about our products and services, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. The Telecaller will play a key role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into sales.

2. Customer Interaction:
- Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a positive and friendly tone during all interactions with customers.

3. Sales and Targets:
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize sales opportunities.

4. Data Management:
- Accurately record customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
- Update and maintain customer databases with relevant information.

5. Feedback and Reporting:
- Gather customer feedback and report it to the management for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities and sales performance.

6. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Knowledge of the industry and products/services offered by the company.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
