The Telecaller is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls to prospective parents and students, providing information about the school's programs, and guiding them through the admissions process. This role involves maintaining accurate records, following up on inquiries, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Call Handling:
Make outbound calls to prospective parents and students to provide information about the school’s programs, admission procedures, and facilities.
Handle incoming calls from inquiries and provide accurate and detailed information.
Address questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Lead Generation and Follow-up:
Generate leads by identifying potential students and parents through various sources.
Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and messages to ensure timely responses.
Schedule and confirm appointments for school tours and meetings with the admissions team.
Record Maintenance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and interactions in the school’s CRM system.
Document detailed notes on inquiries, follow-ups, and outcomes of each call.
Prepare regular reports on call activities and lead status.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for prospective parents and students.
Address any complaints or issues promptly and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary.
Assist with the admissions process by guiding applicants through required steps and documentation.
Communication and Coordination:
Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to align communication strategies.
Stay updated on school programs, events, and admission criteria to provide accurate information.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in the education sector or knowledge of school admissions processes.
Bilingual abilities (if applicable to the region).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Friendly and persuasive personality.
Working Conditions:

Full-time position with standard office hours; some evening or weekend work may be required.
Primarily an office-based role with occasional events or outreach activities.
May require sitting for extended periods and using a computer and phone extensively.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
