Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Telecaller to join our PROP 7 REALTY team. The primary role of the Telecaller is to make outbound calls to potential clients and provide information about our real estate offerings. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to inform them about available real estate properties and services.
Answer incoming calls from prospective clients and address their inquiries regarding property details, pricing, and availability.
Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
Schedule appointments for property visits and follow up with clients post-visit.
Maintain and update a database of prospective clients.
Provide clients with information about financing options and assist with initial documentation.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry developments.
Handle client objections and provide solutions to their concerns.
Record and report call outcomes and client feedback to the sales manager.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar sales/customer service role.
Knowledge of real estate market trends and practices is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales skills and the ability to persuade and influence clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
