Tele Caller Executive

Nexgen Realty Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Tele Caller Executive for real estate department. We are looking for candidates with :
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Bengali and English
• Ability to effectively handle inbound and outbound call
• Proactive attitude to deal with potential leads
• Availability to ensure business growth
• Dedicated towards team work and self driven attitude
• Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
• Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

Telecaller Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a telecaller or similar.
• Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.
• Computer literate.
• Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.
• Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
• Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
• Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.

Please note that we are NOT providing work from remote and working from office is mandatory.
