Job Summary:

The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and setting appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
Follow a script to ensure consistency of information provided.
Generate leads and maintain a database of customer information.
Answer questions about products or the company.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
