Job Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated, young, and vibrant candidates to join our team.
As a tele calling executive, your primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to potential customers, promote products or services, and generate sales leads. You will be the first point of contact for customers and play a crucial role in building relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing information about the company's offerings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to achieve set targets.
Job Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company products or services.
• Engage in conversation with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Provide detailed information about products or services and answer customer inquiries.
• Follow sales scripts and strategies to effectively pitch products or services to customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by generating leads and closing sales.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer databases with relevant information.
• Keep records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and sales transactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating problems, finding appropriate solutions, and escalating as needed.
Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
• Proven work experience as a tele calling executive or in a similar customer service/sales role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to engage customers and convey information effectively.
• Persuasive and convincing skills to generate interest and close sales over the phone.
• Ability to handle objections and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM software and tele calling systems is preferred.
• Good organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of calls and meet targets.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office.
• Fluency in multiple languages may be beneficial, depending on the target customer base.
