. Using CRM tools to maintain these leads and follow up.
. Closing the deal and handing it over to the operation Team
. High level reviews for the existing sales to make sure it is going smoothly and the client is updated on a regular basis.
. Approaching existing customers with new ideas to help their business.
. Collecting Video Testimonials from the customers once the project is completed on a quarterly basis.
