Responsibilities:
Generate new leads: Conduct market research and identify potential customers in the spices industry. Proactively reach out to prospects through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and networking events.
Build and maintain client relationships: Establish strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions. Keep regular contact with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
Achieve sales targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue generation and market penetration.
Product knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our spices products, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Clearly communicate product information to potential and existing customers.
Sales presentations and demonstrations: Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Effectively highlight the value proposition of our spices and address any customer concerns or objections.
Sales forecasting and reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports on a regular basis. Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement, such as sales trends, market conditions, and customer preferences.
Collaboration with internal teams: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts. Provide valuable feedback on customer preferences and market trends to enhance product development and marketing strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments and trends in the spices industry. Stay informed about competitor activities and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
