We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele sales Representative to join our sales team. As a Tele sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients over the phone, promoting our products/services, and closing sales deals. Your goal is to generate revenue by developing and nurturing strong relationships with clients.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Conduct Outbound Calls:* Initiate and manage high volume of outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce our products/services.

- *Sales Target Achievement:* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

- *Product Knowledge:* Maintain a deep understanding of our product/service offerings and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.

- *Customer Relationship Management:* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- *Lead Generation:* Identify potential leads and opportunities through research and networking, and follow up on leads provided by the company.

- *Follow-Up:* Follow up on inquiries, ensuring timely responses to customer questions and concerns.

- *Sales Records:* Accurately maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

- *Feedback Collection:* Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the relevant departments for product/service improvement.

- *Continuous Improvement:* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, and continuously improve sales techniques and processes.

*Qualifications:*

- *Experience:* Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably within the trading or financial services industry.

- *Education:* High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

- *Communication Skills:* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and confident phone manner.

- *Sales Skills:* Strong sales acumen, with the ability to close deals and achieve targets.

- *CRM Proficiency:* Experience with CRM software and maintaining accurate sales records.

- *Interpersonal Skills:* Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients.

- *Self-Motivation:* Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- *Adaptability:* Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
