Roles and Responsibilities
Generate new leads, registrations, nominations and achieve campaign goals by way of outbound telecalling.
Achieve your daily outreach goals by way of outbound calls, whatsapp messaging and at times email campaigns.
Identify new business prospects through research, outbound calls.
Develop a deep understanding of the company's and campaign's products/services offerings to effectively communicate value proposition to customers.
Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, CRM, data team, operations etc.) to drive campaign goals.
