We are seeking a highly motivated telesales executive to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase. Additionally, the telesales executive will be responsible for managing the order process, seeking necessary approvals, and collecting payments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of sales success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products and services.
• Answer incoming calls from potential customers and provide them with information on our products and services.
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales and achieve sales targets.
• Manage the order process, including seeking necessary approvals, managing inventory, and coordinating shipping and delivery.
• Collect payments from customers and manage billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales interactions and order processing activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Continuously learn about our products/services and industry trends in order to provide accurate information to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales/customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to persuade and influence others
• Strong sales skills and the ability to close deals
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficient in basic computer skills and CRM software
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or a related field
