The Role: Counselling the students for school curriculum/Foundation/JEE/NEET, enrolling them and meeting the assigned sales target
Key Responsibilities
- Create sales pipeline & convert leads to meet and exceed targets
- Complete daily conversations goal through outbound calls on allocated leads
- Guide students/parents on the TL programs and help them choose from the offerings
- Upselling & cross-selling relevant TL offerings
- Ensure process compliance and timely reporting
- Ensure post-sales servicing as per the set standards
- Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation in all spheres of activities
Basic checks:
- loves connecting with people online/on- phone
- Ability to learn is off the charts and are hungry for more
- Does not believe in settling rather find ways to improve
- Should have done some selling in the past and want to learn how to get great in sales
- Wants to win always and find motivation in temporary setbacks
