# Explain the product or service to potential customers.
# Provide pricing details.
# Handle customer questions.
# Obtain customer information including names and addresses.
# Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered.
# Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements.
# To call prospective customers and generate interest in the product.
# Qualifying new business leads as a result of cold calling on LGA data.
# Create member interest in the product by communicating its features passionately.
# To generate quality appointments for the sales team that result in sales.
# Maintain database in order to maintain call and appointment records.
# Polite and outgoing with an excellent phone manner
# Strong written and verbal communication skills
# Experience in managing and communicating with customers over the phone

# Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
# Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
# Product knowledge.
# Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
