Required Tele caller ( Female ) Preferred :- Gujrati Language.

Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
Answering questions about products or the company
Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Daily calling and taking feedbacks from each and every customer to whom we sell our products through all the Business channels.
Customer order follow ups
Responsible for the overall ratings and reviews of the products & service we sell on the daily basis.
Maintaining records of each & every feedback and providing a prompt resolution.
Regular follow ups with the customers until they get the resolution they seek.
Encourage customer to post good reviews if they have really liked the products bought from us.
Must be a good team player, Punctual with a positive attitude.
Creating a best possible buying experience to the customers.
