Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services, manage inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Answer incoming calls from customers regarding product/service inquiries.
Provide detailed information about products/services to customers.
Record customer information and inquiries accurately in the database.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calls and sales targets.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
