Job Overview

We are seeking a Telecaller to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. This is a Full-Time, entry-level position suited for Freshers, with work experience ranging from 0 to 1 year. As a Telecaller at Vigorous IT Solutions, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, managing inbound and outbound calls, and achieving sales targets.

• Roles and Responsibilities
• Making outbound calls to potential customers to present and promote our IT services and solutions.
• Handling inbound calls from customers and providing information as per their requirements.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service during all interactions.
• Building and maintaining a customer database by updating contact details and call records.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly call targets as the management sets.
• Following up with customers to secure appointments or sales.
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies for customer acquisition.
• Providing regular feedback to the team leader on challenges faced and areas for improvement
