Key Requirements

Telecaller - Educational Institute Call Center Skills:
• Minimum one year of experience as a Call Center Executive or Telecaller. Freshers are also welcome.
• Educational qualification of at least twelfth pass or a graduate degree preferred.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Knowledge of additional regional languages such as Marathi, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu is preferred.
• Good communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software.
• Ability to work six days a week from Monday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities
• Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide information about courses and admission details.
• Engaging with potential students and encouraging them to enroll in courses.
• Following up on leads and ensuring timely response to inquiries.
• Maintaining accurate records of conversations and updating CRM software.
• Providing professional customer support and resolving queries related to courses, fees, and admission procedures.
• Ensuring a positive and professional approach in all interactions.
