Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Create frequent reviews with sales and financial data
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Requirements and skills

Proven experience as a Sales Executive in Real Estate Industry is an Advantage
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Result oriented and Goal oriented
Fast learner and passion for sales
Graduate from any Field
Exp: 1 -3 years

Salary: (15k-20k/month) + Incentives

Working hours: 10 am to 6:30 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
