Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Caller role located in Pune. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, identifying opportunities, and scheduling appointments with the Sales team. The Caller will also be responsible for maintaining a database of potential clients and ensuring all information is up-to-date.
Qualifications
• Experience in Customer Service or Sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working in the IT industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
