We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services through outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, and providing exceptional service to drive sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our products and services.
Understand customer needs and present suitable product options effectively.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
Provide detailed product information and address customer inquiries.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from prospecting to closing sales.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in a similar sector.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Proficient in using call center software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Working Conditions:
Typically, a standard work week, with occasional evenings or weekends based on business needs.
