Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Working mainly on the discovery of customers/prospects from the database as per the requirement of the projects.
• Making customer calls (cold calls, intermediate calls, follow-up calls, etc.)
• Working on a collection of data - basic data about the company, key contacts, etc.
• Sometimes conducting an assessment of the company's needs and gap areas.
• Understanding client's products/services.
• Influencing & pursuing the customer.
• Building a list of prospects and creating business opportunities for the client.
• Aligning the customer with the client.
