Job Details
Type: Full-time, 38 hours per week
Location: Loganholme QLD 412+
Salary: $78,000 - $88,000 plus Superannuation
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair microwave, telemetry, multiplexing, satellite, and other radio and electromagnetic wave communication systems.
Configure and integrate network and telecommunications systems with computer hardware, software, peripherals, databases, and operating systems.
Maintain accurate records of equipment, inventories, and system statuses, while ensuring compliance with communication policies, procedures, guidelines, and quality standards.
Provide technical expertise and support, monitoring the performance of complex telecommunications networks and equipment.
Plan and oversee the development of customer access telecommunications infrastructure to ensure efficient and reliable connectivity.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to oversee contractual obligations, performance metrics, and service delivery.
Deliver ongoing operational support by designing, optimising, diagnosing, and resolving network performance issues, system malfunctions, and technical faults.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in relevant field.
