About the position
We are seeking highly motivated and driven telemarketing professionals to join our growing team. As a telemarketer, you will be required to make daily calls for a variety of activities including updating customer database, inviting them for events/conferences, introducing a product/solution to them, or just taking feedback.
Responsibilities Include
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services
• Persuasively engage the customer in conversation to explain solution features & benefits
• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives
• Ask probing questions to understand the customer's needs to qualify interest levels
• Explain about the event & help customers register for webinars/events/conferences
• Maintain & share daily reports of all calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in a timely manner
• Accurately document customer information & call notes
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call-out and quality targets
Desired Candidate Profile
• Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales role is a big plus. Freshers also welcome.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal and rapport building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and databases
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a drive to succeed
• Persuasive, result-oriented, and driven individual who loves going the extra-mile
• Previous experience in IT telemarketing is a big plus
• Ability to speak Arabic is a big plus
