The Essentials (Read Before Applying)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Telemarketing or Cold Calling with a proven track record of hitting targets.
Training: Kickstart your success with our First-Class Training. We will bring you to our Stockport hub for 3 weeks of fully expensed, elite sales coaching to ensure you hit your uncapped commission targets from day one.
Environment: Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently from home.
Skills: Proficient with CRM and dialler software and working in fast-paced, high-energy environment where resilience is rewarded.

The Role
As a Telemarketing Executive, you are the engine of our sales process. You’ll be engaging small-to-medium businesses to secure appointments for our field agents.
Lead Gen: Conduct cold and warm calls to introduce market-leading payment solutions.
Relationship Building: Identify decision-makers and qualify leads through rapport and discovery.
Target Driven: Consistently achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records within our CRM to ensure seamless handovers.
