Job Profile : Telesales Executive

Job Location : Ghatkopar, Mumbai

Salary Range : Rs. 264,000/- (LPA)

Qualification : Graduated / High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.

Experience : 2 years

Working Days & Time : 6 days (2nd Saturday off), Time: +:45 AM to 6:30 PM

The job involves calling potential B2B prospects to promote our online products and services.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of tele-sales experience with a proven track record of successful sales.
Preferred B2B sales experience in the domestic market and exceptional B2C sales candidates will also be considered.
Excellent sales tactics and communication skills.
Fluency in both English and Hindi.
Age limit: up to 30 years.
Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills, including active listening, persuasive speaking, and rapport-building.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing leads, appointments, and customer data.
Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office applications, and telephony systems.
Positive attitude, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
